Missing shards and response from Kabam

Ok... on Friday, I completed the 5* arena, received the “gift” and did a complete run of sector 6. That alone gave me a total of 23300 5* shards. I had around 13000 before that. It also gave me 5000 in 6* shards. I already had around 20000 of those. I logged on later in the day to notice that I had a whole lot of shards missing. I did not open any crystals and haven’t in about a week. here is a photo from that morning after receiving the gift.

I sent a ticket in and awaited a response, which I just got.

Basically, it was a generated message that said the “gift” was bugged and they apologize. They went on to say that some summoners received the title, profile pic AND the gift multiple times. I know a lot of received the title numerous times (5 for me) but I did not see 1 person on here saying the got the gift more than once. I know I did not. It went on to say that the gift has been disabled and will be sent to those that DID NOT receive it. From my conclusion, I see a few things...
1. They said I received the gift more than 1 time, which I didn’t. If I did, the math doesn’t add up anyway.
2. They removed the “gift shards” and will give them back... again, the math doesn’t add up.

In total, I am missing 24134 5* shards and 3975 6* shards. I am also missing 2893 4* shards.

I replied to the email I got and they said, sorry the case is closed.

I hate to do this, but is there anything that can be done by the mods on here?

I am on my phone and it won’t let me tag people for some reason, so if anyone can tag Miike, Boo and Vydious, I would be grateful.

I had the same problem. I was saving for a big opening when the new featured comes out. (Not as many shards compared to whales but big for me) and had accumulated loads of 5* shards from everything going on this month. Then, I look one day to see that 15,000 are MISSING. Kabam please fix.

Though these shards may or may not of been added suspiciously.

The mods on the forum can't do anything with individual accounts. The best they can do is suggest the support system again
