Negative Credits

I've been playing Marvel Contest Of Champions for many years now.
Recently I've got a message from Kabam stating that I've refunded my July updates. However I didn't apply for any refund and I believe it's not appropriate to do such thing. I never violated any rules. I'm very helpless as I can't use units. I've mailed them so many times but they are saying the same thing. It was -19k and suddenly they have charged me -44k negative credits which worth like 5 Odins. And when I mailed them to provide me details they are not providing any details just saying to buy equivalent credits from store. This is very wrong that they are not fixing nor providing any details for which they charged me negative credits.
I've been playing this game for years now that I even got Elder of the universe tittle on anniversary .please can any one help me resolve this matter?

    Refund does count as negative credits, whether you asked for it or not. Most of the players 'caught out' by negative credits go it for buying units from third parties ('friends'), who used a credit card and didn't pay that off, eventually forcing a refund as perceived by Kabam.

    This is might be what happened? Many people didn't realise they were being scammed when buying these discounted units. Often the person selling them was vouched for or claimed trustworthy by alliance mates. Don't ever fall for it.

    This isn't the first time this happened (anyone remember Boz units?) and isn't the only method. There will be others and it'll always end in tears...eventually.
