Heimdall/Thor Synergy Not Working on AQ Map 3

I know it's only Map 3, but I just did my first few fights in AQ Map 3 with my lower level champs, and Heimdall synergy failed to regen in all three fights. It showed activation with the prompt, but no health was given back.

No nodes affecting regen. Playing on Samsung Galaxy 10.

    Assuming you already know that it only regens 15% of your “Missing Health” (and not a flat 15% no matter how low or how healthy you are), then it would have to be some incoming, global, or individual node.

    ie, if you are at 50% it only regens 7.5% back. If at 67% then it only regens 5% back. And if you’re pretty healthy at 93% you’ll only see 1% health increase.
