Yeah I have this same issue bur it's telling there is 3 to complete

I believe this is from the “First Steps” Objectives (or whatever they were called) that were inadvertently available for only a short while a few days ago (or for more than just new players ?), before they were removed.

Some ppl who were in game and maybe completed some steps (?) at that time have said they still have “Notifications” for them (even though they are no longer available).
