Alliance Gifting Event Bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but my alliance had gotten to the 275 unit milestone before I had gotten enough points to actually get the rewards. For some reason, it wouldn't let me claim the units after I reached the 920 point milestone. Is this a bug, or is it intended to be like that?

    Is Kabam charging to send gift in gifting event because I went from 715 units to 280 units from sending 10 gifts worth 15 units each ?

    That's 29 recipients worth, are you sure you didn’t just click on your entire alliance for who you are sending them to (instead of just 10 different people) ?? That would be 15 x 29 = 435 (the difference you dropped).

    Guys I joined ally one month 4dec 2020. But when gifting event out it showing me that you will qualify for rank reward in 1day. And I trade all my GCC but now it's showing that you must contribute towards points to get milestone reward.
