Well I think the post is a subtle dig on AW starting on Christmas.

I think, Kabam deserves a break. They've been drowning in requests for help from people sending in tickets to kabam support. Its gonna be Christmas soon! Some people want time to have a break. I dont know, maybe visiting some family?
