I can't purchase Attack, Health and Champion boosts for myself. Is this a bug?

    Although all of the Boosts/Potions/etc are available to Gift at this time, they are normally on a rotation (probably random) basis of availability in the STORE in general (for you to buy yourself).
    And so are still on limited rotation even now for you to buy for yourself.

    Solution, have someone gift them to you (and return something they want instead back to them).

    Lesser Attack Boost....30 units
    Lesser Health Boost....30 units
    Lesser Champion Boost....90 units

    Have always been available for purchase until now?
