If you form a T5CC, then you only need a Champ of that Class. No one said it has to be YouTube approved, or the best choice possible. That much is added on by Players. It's entirely possible to choose the best of what we have and build on that. Somewhere along the lines, people forgot how progress works in their chase for God Tiers.
I feel your pain mate. It is the stupidest decision kabam has made. I wish is was tied to something else like act 6 explore or act 7 run through I honestly don't care what or if they want it roster based own x amount of 6*. Game shouldn't force a stupid rank up for a title.
For god sakes no one is forcing you to rank anyone. Ranking up a champ you wouldn't normally is your choice. Wait for one you want to rank up. It's really not that hard to understand.
Man Id take mephisto up for sure because I pair him with Sym Supreme, and he wrecked so much content for me when I had him as a r5 4* through some good content
Wish the requirement was like 100% act 6 or something more difficult so that no one can complain about the rng. If you form a t5cc then its a lucky break into getting thronebreaker. Kabam was being generous and now people are complaining since the generosity is rng based.
Also just do content and form a t5cc you actually want, act 7 exploration can be done with around 5 r5's and you get 75% of a t5cc by doing it all, with 25% being a guarentee
It’s not ACTUALLY rng based, that’s a myth. It’s rng based to get it earlier then you “should”. Everyone who has 100% act 6 and abyss will be able to get TB.

Man... so greedy. Think smart! R3 any 6* champion depending what t5cc you was given, the full one of course not the shards, and then you’re done to get a thronebreaker title... you need to understand that the rank up materials and other rewards will rain cats and dogs to help you rank any champion you desire to rank. Now you are doing a huge mistake to wait it out when you can get it now.
