Can I get gifting rewards after I’m eligible

So I have 4 days left until I’m edible for rewards in alliance gifting milestones, but I’m frightened as we have hit 550k points and I don’t think we will reach the next milestone but to gain all the rewards they have earned so I have to gift let’s says a total of 18 k points to get all the rewards or do I actually have to contribute to a milestone and actually hit the milestone (650k) to get any rewards. I’m scared that I will not get any rewards

After 4 more days (when you reach the 14 day mark), only your NEW gifting will go towards Ally Event.
And only those points will count for your individual milestone requirements in the Ally Event.

But, yes, so long as you contribute that much AFTER 4 days from now, you should be able to claim whatever existing Ally milestones that your new contributions would qualify for (not just any additional milestones the Ally has yet to reach after that time).
