Question About Red Guardian

In the spotlight of Red Guardian, it is stated that he can't get any buff. So, if Red Guardian dexes any attack using dexterity, he won't be able to get precision buff. However, will dexterity act as intended i.e. will he be able to avoid attacks when dashing back? In other words, will he be able to perform other aspect of dexterity in which it is stated that champion won't get attacked while dashing backwards?

Any detailed explanation will be appreciated.

    He will still be able to utilize the mastery yes, he just doesn't gain that dex precision buff.

    He will be able to dex and miss the specials but he wont get the precision buff you normally get from dexing.
