Who to use Variant 6 r3 to r4 gem on?

Just explored variant 6 and have a 2017 r3 to r4 5 star gem. Who should I use it on? I already have Colossus, Hyperion, Medusa, Quake, and Venom at r4 and higher.

    Save for Kingpin/Yellow jacket buff
    If you have explored 100% Variant 6 then you should have 3 gems, if not already used, use 1 on She-Hulk save the rest two for Kingpin & Yellow Jacket buff. Then if they are nothing great you can use 1 on Iceman and 1 on Falcon( if you like him).

    I already used 1 gem on colossus. So I guess I'll wait for the February buffs
