Icarus Bugged ?

I was trying to complete 6.4.4 and I realised whenever I shrug off icarus degen with Ghost , I'm taking direct damage. I used insane amount of potions. Can anyone tell me why this happened or it's a bug or something ?

    Well, perhaps the Icarus node is taking Ghosts "shrug off" as a fury expiring, hence the degen?
