Hey everyone, I took a bit of a break from the game, short enough to claim the holiday gift "box" but long enough to be currently unable to open it. There is no option in the shop or in my inventory to open the holiday gift. What do I do?

    I'd suggest sending a support ticket. Maybe they can convert it for you

    You missed the deadline to claim the gift, I don’t think you can really recover it but try asking support
