Does Cruelty/Precision stack?

Does cruelty & precision stack with lesser cruelty and lesser precision? I know the diminishing returns formula would apply and there would be little gain but would there still be a marginal increase by upgrading both types of cruelty & precision? Reason I ask is because I'm still to unlock some masteries although lvl 55 and I don't want to reset my mastery to check and then have to reset if it doesn't stack.

    I wouldn’t really call it “stacking” when talking about Masteries.

    Yes, the Lesser and Greater of their respective Cruelty/Precision will both add together.

    But as you thought, the Lesser versions would not add all that much more if you already have the Greater versions MAX’d out. A little, but far better to use extra points elsewhere.
