ios / Game freeze after selecting pre-fight ability

since a few weeks every now and then the game freezes after selecting a pre-fight ability
i've had it on both spidey stealth suit (5*r5 duped) & sorcerer supreme (5*r4 duped) in any game mode

restarting the game solves the freeze

These crashes upon loading a fight have been going on for months now and it feels like no one at Kabam is properly addressing this.
It's not an isolated bug at all, every single player gets these crashes.
In AQ and AW this is beyond annoying because you lose half a champ for a completely random crash
Please dig deep into this issue!
