how long can the gifts be stored?

i meant the gifts from the christmas trading event

So did I.
If you received a gift (in form of game Mail Msg) from someone, you can leave it unclaimed in your Inbox for 7 days (you can see timer countdown within Stash-Rewards).

And if the gift is a Potion (revive/heal) or energy, etc, and you are currently full of them in Inventory, then once claimed it will again remain in other area of Stash (Stash-Items) for however long those items normally can sit in Stash for.

Obviously if the Gifts are GC or GGC (gift crystals), they would go into Crystals area after claimed. But before being claimed then also can sit in Inbox unclaimed for ONLY 7 days (again, as seen in Stash-Rewards). NOT the 30 days as implied in the gift mail message.

A mod really needs to sort this out. I’ve got 150 revives in my inbox with these two clashing dates and the way I should find out I only actually have a week’s grace is not from other players on here. Especially as the discrepancy is 3 weeks!

How do you make a clam/ticket on this? I had over 2000 units worth of item vanish from this unknowingly. I though I had a month(per in-game mail timer) to claim them
