I wasn't able to open my Holiday Gift in time

Hi, as the title suggests, I wasn't able to open my Holiday Gift which I held on to thinking it would open automatically. What can I do now. Just heard from others that they got an in game mail on how to open but I don't remember getting that. So now my gift is just floating in my inventory. What a waste.

You were supposed to redeem your gift in the store after Christmas. I guess it’ll just sit in your inventory if that exchange isn’t still in the store

I did a very similar thing 3 years ago. Missed out on short-term gain in the form of shards, but now have this cool relic from the past...

At least now you have something in your inventory that very few other players have...

plot twist, the shards would have gotten you a 4* quake and propelled your progress tenfold making you the best player in the world
