Guardian or Hulkbuster?

So the title is unintentionally a bait: I actually want to know which one is a better synergy member for Cull Obsidian.
I'm comfortable with the playstyles of both Guardian and Hulkbuster and use them interchangeably (though HB's heavy chaining is finicky at best), but I'm not sure whether more sustainability or more damage is the right call. Guardian is unawakened, r1 6*, Hulkbuster is sig 100, r5 5*.
