Who has the most "Damage potential?"

I would probably say HT and She- Hulk. I'm talking damage that ticks aswell thats why I'm including HT. So who do you think has the most, and why?

Yes while HT is max I'm pretty sure at 1000 smolder charges he would tick 54k

I should clarify, each soul inflicts 2% damage when used with an SP3.

50 souls is 100%.

The damage cap allowed by 32bit binary is 2,147,483,647. So theoretically, OG Guilty can deal over 2billion damage in an SP3.

Well with the exception of her SP3 at 5% health, but if you had max digit x20 to get the same amount of damage at 5% as OG guilly gets at 100%, that still means OG Guilly would be doing max digit x20 damage.

But you can't though. Technically.

Technically you can't get an enemy with x20 the max digit either.

OG Guilly beats out G2099 in both situations even if the max cap could go higher. 5% of max HP for G2099, vs 100% of max HP for OG Guilly.
