I am currently torn between between Cap, Human Torch,G99 and CMM.

    Just for further clarification I just recently became Cavalier so I will be slowly making my way through Act 6 this year while I mainly do monthly quests and alliance quests and wars

    I'd go CMM > Torch > G99 > Cap

    CMM ranked first because you already have an awakened and level maxed NF. I'd also suggest maybe considering Stealthy before ranking Cap.
