Mephisto Small Buff Suggestion

Mephisto is a really outdated character and hits painfully weak. His base utility is OKish.
Problem: Mephisto needs his charges to have utility and you run out of them really fast.
second problem: you need a 5 champion synergy team to make him usable.
Suggestions (from most important to nice to have)
- All his abilities don't cost persistent charges anymore but the amount of persistant charges dictate the potency of an ability (heal) or how often an ability can be used (soul imprisonement)
- include Hell Lords Synergy into Mephistos basic abilities. The first soul imprisonment should always be there and be triggered before other abilities (like venoms)
- include persistent force synergy into his basic abilities but let mephisto start at 1 persistant charges instead of 3
- increase the length of soul imprisonment to 20 seconds
- the amount of power drains of his special 3 should depend on the amount of charges he has e.g. 3 persistant charges means he can activate it 3 times a fight.
- include Hell and back into his basic abilities: as basically the devil, fighting villains should give him the extra soul without synergy
- increase his incinerate energy damage
- increase the potency of the ancient hunger synergy from 15 to 20 %
I think this changes could return Mephisto to the meta in alliance war and alliance quest. most of this changes are abilities he already has but needs a synergy for, but since you can't always bring a 5 champions team with you and some of them you might not have, it could make mephisto a great champion by himself.

His damage should be based on his persistent charges too so his ramp up is more than just a larger insurance policy.
