tokens are missing

I updated the game after one day when the update was available, grabbed my voucher and bought the prize card from the store and receive 8 tokens but I did not receive other 8 from inbox or anywhere. I have played with all the 8 tokens but still the other 8 is not available. Is it a bug or did I miss something?
