Are people cheating in this game or is it me? As there are summoner lesser ranked level than me with boat loads of rank on their champs and way more advanced champs?

    guess some are just lucky and/or are part of a good alliance they do profit of.

    Depend one lvl If ther is lvl 60. Then ther culd sell champ
