Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. We are working to resolve the issue holding us up as quickly as possible, but will keep you all updated, especially if the delay results in any changes to the content release schedule.

Alliance War Scoring bugged?

The Kabam support portal currently down so posting issue here.

Current war room for my alliance displays tier 6 with 3.4 x multiplier, however the actual war is tier 5 as noted by defense tactics in place. Tier 5 war should instead have a 4 x multiplier.

This suggests incorrect scoring for war to our detriment.

Not sure how many alliances being affected by this at the moment but can be consequential especially for alliances on the cusp of different war rankings i.e. gold to plat etc

    You get the Multiplier based on what Tier your alliance really is at (not which tier the Map is played on).

    If you are matched against a team right across the border who is barely in next higher (or lower) Tier than yours, it is random (coin toss) as to WHICH MAP your War is played on.
    (still doesn’t change the Tier based Multiplier that your side will get for your points).

    As for Support Site, maybe you’re trying to go to old site. New one is ...

    Thanks man but there is no confusion here. Tier 5 maps carry modifiers not tier 6. We were rewarded for victory with tier 6 at 3.4 multiplier, whilst having played with defensive tactics which start at tier 5 and should carry at least a 4 x multiplier
