Nope, it's either Sasquatch or Sentinel. Hairy Hulk VS Mutant Robot hunter from the 90's.
In case you don't know, the X-Men cartoon had the purple Sentinels, and the cartoon aired in the 90's. It's actually pretty cool, even for someone who wasn't alive in the 90's lol.

He was Stryfe's adoptive father, and he was the first mutant to ever exist, so I guess he started the mutant growth in a way.
