Bro you literally have so many BGT champs. It should be really easy. See Lagacy’s free to play video of how he conquered act 5 with a bunch of 3 and 4 stars. Sure you might not be as skilled as him but you should be able to do it easily

@Sahil_R_Rana Here's the plan. If you're take the caltrops path, use claire for venom cause warlock works bad there
Dash back a lot and get so much power and throw sp3
Rest all fights including boss warlock destroys cause once the red infection is up they cant heal from masochism. They'll shrug off parries but no heal
I literally finished this quest yesterday so let me help.
The recommended path is YJ, Deadpool, Colossus (trust me, avoid Magik at all costs).
The Fights:
Yellowjacket was a bit of an issue for me. He would randomly throw heavies and sometimes I wouldn't dex properly. The main aim here is to practice dexing his specials, becaue you may get hit on the last hit. If you do, don't panic, and don't throw a special. Also make sure YJ can't throw a special while you are stunned from the Power Sting expiring.
If you have a regen counter for Deadpool that would be good, but not necessary. I used Ronin. His specials are easy to dodge too.
Colossus was a relatively easy fight. Be sure to use a champ that crits a lot, to get around that pesky armor. Would not recommend your Guillo 99 for this fight.
Warlock helps with Punisher because of his armor and bleed immunity (just in case you get hit by a special).
Iron Patriot is a pretty much insignificant fight, and so is Iron Man (roughly same mechanics for both)
DPX got power gain while I fought him, which pushed him to SP3, so try to avoid that. Other than that, use the same strat you would have used with the other Deadpool.
War Machine was a problem for me. Again, bleed immune is highly recommended.
Hulk was a bit annoying to fight, but nothing too challenging. Try to push him to SP2, which is easier to dodge.
Loki isn't to hard of a fight either. Block or dex his SP1, dash back a long way for his SP2.
Storm (Boss) fight. Your Warlock will definitely carry you through this fight. His immunity will counter Caltrops. Just bait her specials, and be sure to dash far back when she throws them. Otherwise easy fight.
NOTE: You don't need to avoid placing debuffs on your opponent always. Some fight you can spam the opponents with debuffs, so that the Masochism can't keep up. Choose your strat depending on your champ. Avoid parrying in general, even on debuff spam fights, because you could get fight if you don't time it right.
Onto your champs: Your 6* Warlock is a gift man. He can handle the boss with Caltrops thanks to his bleed immunity. He also helped my with the Punisher and War Machine fights.
BWCV is actually pretty useful. Don't use her SP1 though, as it will trigger Masochism. Save up for SP2 and use it on Curse of Hellfire (if you need to damage the opponent) or Blood (if you need to regen health), the health regenerated by the opponent will be compensated by the damage done by the attack. Don't use heavies , and don't end combos with mediums. Her SP3 also doesn't place any debuffs so you can use that.
You have a lot of other great champs, although I don't have much experience with most of them. Will leave that for someone more experienced to explain.

Warlock, G2099, BWCV and corvus.. the 5th slot can be filled by Omega as with his death field active, you don't even need to place degens... just stay close.. or you can out damage the regen.... or you can use 2 warlocks

Masochism I would not parry at all and bait heavies. Or use a champ with a lot of debuffs.
