Moon Knight Overhaul Idea- Stats based off the r3 6*

Passive
The opponent starts with a permanent passive Combo Shield.
Every 5 hits on Moon Knight’s Combo Meter grants the opponent 1 hit.
Medium and Heavy Attacks grant Moon Knight a 4-second Combo Shield buff.
+1 second for every 5 hits on Moon Knight’s Combo Meter.
Critical Hits inflict a stacking Bleed debuff, inflicting 2219.3 direct damage over 10 seconds.
Moon Knight’s abilities change depending on the Moon phase. An indicator next to his health, before the fight starts, will tell you the current Moon Phase.

Full/Waxing Moon
Combat Power Rate is increased by 33%. +2500 Crit Chance.
Crits have a 15% chance to Stun the opponent for 3 seconds.
Each hit on Moon Knight’s Combo Meter grants:
+2% Offensive Ability Accuracy
-2% damage taken while striking the opponent
+3% debuff duration
For each hit on the opponent’s Combo Meter, they suffer:
-100 Armor and Physical Resist Rating (Max reduction at 100 hits)
-2% Evade and Purify Ability Accuracy
-2% chance to Nullify, Stagger, or Steal Moon Knight’s buffs

New/Waning Moon
Enemy Combat Power Rate is reduced by 33%. +2500 Block Proficiency.
Gain a 5% chance to Evade..
Each hit on Moon Knight’s Combo Meter grants:
+2% Defensive Ability Accuracy
-2% damage from all passive sources
+3% chance to purify incoming debuffs
For each hit on the opponent’s Combo Meter, they suffer:
-0.5% Attack Rating (max reduction at 100 hits)
Damaging debuffs placed on Moon Knight suffer -1% potency
-150 Block Penetration

Heavy Attacks-
Full/Waxing- Grant Moon Knight an 11-second Fury buff, increasing attack by 237.2 for every 5 hits on his Combo Meter. Max stacks: 5.
New/Waning- Place a 5-second Rupture on the opponent, lasting +2 seconds for every 5 hits on their Combo Meter and dealing 296.5 damage per second. Max Stacks: 3.
Trying to go over either stack limit instead pauses both effects for 5 seconds.


Special 1-
Full/Waxing- Detonate all Bleed debuffs for 150% their potency. Each Bleed grants Moon Knight 10 seconds towards a Righteous Wrath Passive, dealing 120% of damage dealt as direct damage on Critical Hits.
New/Waning- Detonate all Rupture debuffs at 80% their potency. Each Rupture grants 10 seconds to a Disorient debuff on the opponent, reducing Defensive Ability Accuracy by 75% and decreasing Block Proficiency by 50%.

Special 2-
Full/Waxing- If the opponent was Stunned at the beginning of this attack, Moon Knight gains an Unstoppable buff for the duration and 10 seconds after the attack. At 5 Furies, the opponent gains a 5-second Unstoppable buff.
New/Waning- If this attack comes after Moon Knight either evades or intercepts the opponent, the first hit is Unblockable, and the final hit allows Moon Knight to avoid incoming hits for 1 second when striking a block.

Special 3-
Either Phase, at or above 50 hits- Moon Knight gains a Khonshu’s Blessing Passive for 50 seconds.
While Khonshu’s Blessing is active, gain the effects of both Moon Phases and increase Critical Damage Rating by +37.8 for each hit on either champion’s Combo Meter. Pause Khonshu’s Blessing for 0.4 seconds when striking the opponent with a Critical Hit.

Awakened Ability- Fist of Khonshu, Sig [1-200]
Moon Knight starts the fight with [10-50] hits on the combo meter.
The opponent starts the fight with [5-25] hits on the combo meter.
+[29.65-296.5] Attack Rating for every 10 hits on Moon Knight’s combo meter.
+[47.2-236] Armor Rating for every 5 hits on the opponent’s combo meter.


What I got so far. Not exactly a final product like the other two I’ve made on this account, as his kit doesn't feel like it comes together as well as I’d hope it would, and is pretty darn confusing to follow so far.
Also, I have done nothing for his personal synergies, not sure if I need to though considering what synergies other champs already have with him.
