Logging in on different device.

I have tried and tried to log in on my PC with the same account on my iPhone but keeps saying failed to log-in if y'all know how to deal with this i suggest giving me advice and ways to fix this.

Don't play on an emulator (bluestacks, windows phone app, or whatever). Even though there are emulators for PC (including windows phone app) it is a terms of service violation and not worth the ban if you value your account.
