Moon Knight vs Winter Soldier!.. who's superior?

I have both champs as 4⭐, 3/30, awakened, sig level 20... I've been considering taking one of them up to 4/40 but I'm not sure if one champ would be significantly more useful than the other in end-game content.. Does one champ have a considerable advantage over the other? Do you just think one is super cool.. or plain lame... let me know

    I love playing with MK and he has God mode once a month but WS has really decent damage output and power drain, much more utility.
