If you're going to quote the attack increase Psycho man gets at 6* r3, you've got to do the same for the others.
At 6* r3:
• Nick Fury's fury gives him +5400 attack • One of Dr Doom's fury gives him +5000 attack • CMM with 5 furies gets an additional 4400 attack • Stealthy at sig 200 has a fury passive giving him +7000 attack • Cap IW's fury passive with 5 kinetic potential has a value of 7400
Suddenly giving yourself a +6000 attack increase doesn't seem all that impressive. Furthermore, all of the above champs require little effort to keep up their attack increases whereas with Psycho man it appears to be a lot more strenuous.
All things considered this was still a good post. Much better than your take on Super Skrull👍
My bad I thought the fury stats for Psycho Man were of the 5 star rank 5 category. I focused too much on the other champs being 5 star rank 5 that when I pulled up Psycho Man's fury stats I forgot to change the 6 star rank 3 to 5 star rank 5. The fury stats for a 5 star rank 5 Psycho Man are: +2300 for 1 fury buff, +4600 for 2 fury buffs
Also the main point of the fury stats were to show that he can compete with top damage dealers when going for a primarily damage rotation, not that he is actually at the top of damage dealers, because he is not.
The question ought not be about his dmg, if he can solo difficult fights over a long duration then so be it. Rather, is his utility strong enough to reliably produce results of this sort? Is he sustainable enough to ensure that he can clear a multitude of fights while relying primarily on his utility? It seems too early to tell, but I will admit that his utility potential seems at first glance to be astounding. Comments on the poster's track record have no logical bearing on the character's potential. If you want to criticize his argument, point to fallacies or use induction to show why he's likely wrong. Ad hominems simply derail the conversation. I for one am excited for the champ regardless of his potential, love his animations and his utility seems fun.
It's kinda like guilly 2099 where u can have the opponent never throw off a sp3 or specials in general. Looks interesting for sure if u can do this every fight he will def be really good. I just hope it's not another hulkbuster situation where he can't be used in endgame content cuz of unreliable animations.
Good utility but damage is not there. Sure he can hit decently with his maximum damage rotation but even then, he has to sacrifice utility and his damage then isn't worth sacrificing the utility for unlike Mole Man.
I'm sure his "???" Synergy will unlock his true damage potencial, that one is mostly his damage mode, i'm gonna wait for that For now, he has decent damage and his shock aren't so bad, also he is more like tech magik
Most of the YouTubers nowadays sleep on champions that don't have insane damage or in other words, broken. Besides, it's premature to judge a champion unless you test them out yourself.
I would rate Magik higher than Psycho-Man, as she can prevent the opponent from gaining power altogether. With Warlock synergy and high sig I think she is also better damage-wise.
I do think he gets the ticket noodle too hard, but he really needs better damage while keeping his utility.
Overall, I think he is a miss. It is clear he was nerfed mid-design. His fury and shocks should be part of his base kit, maybe giving hate armor shatter/break.
Is he able to control AND damage at the same time? You see, it is nice that someone can control fight completely, but the longer the fight, the bigger chance player makes mistake.
I agree with Psycho-man having utility, but that has to be combined with decent damage. Especially when endgame content has such a ridiculous healthpools
Whoever is disagreeing - let me explain to you He might not have a Power Control mechanic, sure But his Power Gain is really potent and his Special intercepts control fights Remember - he was one of the best options for dominating that Thanos boss

Fully agree. Time is only not a problem if you're very skilled. Especially AQ and AW are time sensitive, it is not possible to take the long way. Psycho-Man misses the mark from what is expected of a champion damage-wise in 2021.
