Why is my game keep crashing?

Just after i opened a 3* crystal my game just crashed, even after I restarted my Wi-Fi and my phone a couple of times it still kept crashing right before the loading screen.

Did this happen to anyone?

I have a good Wİ-Fİ connection too

What phone you use? The game crash for me all the time on iPhone 6.
