Change the timing for Alliance Help reset

It kind of sucks helping your alliance mates between when it resets/rolls over (at 8pm PT) to when new 22h Alliance events spawn because if you fill up the meter by being a good teammate, you won't get points in the 22h Alliance Help event when it shows up.

Please make one or both of the following changes:
1) Change the timing for Alliance Help reset from 8pm PT to 8am PT to coincide with when the 22h Alliance events start? In this way if this event shows up, you will always be "ready" to participate

2) Make the "Help" function continue to accumulate points for you in the 22H event even after the meter is full.

    Loyalty Help reset time (dependent on your Timezone) is typically 3am or 4am US-EST for most players, except for some odd cases of people having it at other times for some reason. So those in US just have to avoid giving help in the morning that Loyalty Spend event is ending (which precedes when the Give Help event starts).

    If yours is 8pm, and assuming you’re not something like maybe Hawaii or other Pacific Island area (sounds like you’re on the coast, PT) then you've got one of those rare cases of a different Reset time than standard. That's harder to hold back from giving help in the evening before also (but at least your other teammates could still be the ones to give help in evening before, even if your individual reset time has rolled over for just you).
