    If you wanna go for Cosmic then I'd wait till CGR enters the pool, 'less you have him already.

    No question it’s tech because you have the t5cc AND a gem. So if you pull a 6* ghost and already have a maxed 5* you won’t feel bad about taking her to rank 3 because you can awaken her.
