Didn't get any compensation for nick fury bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
For almost 10 days it happened with me and many other players that nick fury starting his fight with his LMD down( i.e directly going to his second life)
Trues to contact team kabam they responded that we're working on it and will be compensated but didn't recieve any compensation what is wrong with kabam.

    No one has got any compensation for anything from kabam, recently.

    They should have compensated for this bug as this almost costed some of the players with units

    I think it's because it is not solved yet.
    In Act 6.2.6 my Fury starts degenerating after starting the fight. Am I the only one with this issue?

    Edit. This happens also in duels.
    Got Android Galaxie S10 and the Updated MCOC

    I suffered it for almost 10 days but now it has not happened for a while I'm just conqueror and i have max4* nick fury at sig70 he's my best champ but due to this issue i almost spent 300-350 units on revives and health pots

    Compensation won’t come until they actually find a solution to the problem.
    You were already referred to the main “Persistent Charge” problem thread, where this has been happening for a lot of ppl all month long.

    (but don’t expect to be compensated for all the 300-350 Units you spent by continuing to use him at all-costs)
