id say high god tier low solid god tier. fun wise he is probably beyond. just a great buff imo, makes him far more usable for all sorts of content. wished he had got a little more utility but you cant have everyhting all the time

I have a 6* r2 Massacre. He's helped me a ton in act 6.
He's going to r3 as soon as I get my Strange there aswell
