    they're in the side quest, but the side quest is broken for a lot of players

    the sentence after says its “been added to the daily quest completion rewards to the final tier of ODINS BIFROST GUANTLET.” You also get the God Tier title for completing tier 10 in that so i figured the 10% t5cc would be there too. this whole event is confusing as a whole
