Mr. Fantastic LoL Issue

I tried using my 5* Mr. Fantastic for a little LoL. I figured the "bug" that produced nearly infinite debut duration was fixed, but I wasn't expecting this. Upon the activation of 2 pre-fight abilities and entering the match, not just one but BOTH Enrage timers expire immediately leading to an unblockable and unstoppable RH. Does anyone know what is going on here? Was there something I missed in recent updates?

    Doesn't LoLs rage timer depend on your champions attack value? Too low will cause them to enrage directly
