Tier4 class catalyst bug issues

I have trade some tier4 class catalyst and now I can’t find them in the crystals!!!!

    What do you mean ?
    When you trade in 2 for 1, aren’t you getting the resulting T4CC right away ?? (as in, it's being Opened right then automatically) So you would see the resulting CAT in your Cat Inventory (not as a crystal).

    When you trade you gate one crystal is not given automatic you have to open again the new crystal so they go to special crystal and you open any time you need it and today I look in the special crystals and i didn’t have any they have gone so I loose about 10 crystal that I have trade (20 crystal of the some colour and I have taken 10 from the trade)

    They used to be in Crystals-Special BEFORE (as 3 x 1)

    Now they are in Store (as you show) and are only 2 x 1.

    But even before, I think when you bought the 3x1 from crystals page it was opened automatically, it wasn’t giving you 1 of 6 different types of other Crystal that went into different Crystals Tab to open later. Otherwise that would be a way for bypassing Stash and just loading up on “saved” crystals.
