In addition to who’s already been listed, Gwenpool, killmonger, AA, carnage, squirrel girl, sabretooth, Wolverine x-23, and magneto after his sp3 all have easy access to bleed.

Right now Nick Fury is my best bleed champ. That said, if Domino's bleeds weren't reliant on rng, she'd blow everyone out the water. I've hit 30k per tick crit bleeds with her.
