Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

Game keeps crashing, and I have no idea why

I've tried all the troubleshooting instructions, my device is up to date, etc etc. It has only started crashing since the new update, while I'm in the middle of fights and when I'm not. Could you clarify as to what could be other possibilities of these crashes?
