Changing name and email

Does anyone know how to change the name and email associated with your forum account?

One of the articles says how to ask for a Forum Name change, but you can also request the email change as well (probably would need extra verification than just name change)
And indicate it is for your FORUM Account (as opposed to your GAME Account, or if you want that changed as well there is further articles up there how to ask for that as well).
