Any mangog advice?

Talking about Cav EQ one. He isnt super hard but he can be pretty annoying for his unstoppable. I have CapIW who is a pretty great counter, but who else can help?

I've 1 shot the cav mangog using my 5* R4 antman . he's easy once you understand how he works:

1) push him back to his corner, you don't want to be backed into your corner.
2) switch up to Parry: M-M only .. definitely no 5-hit combos. The M-M minimizes his power gain and gives you more control. (if he cooperates with you and lets you backdraft, intercept, go for it ... he wouldn't work with me on that, just sat and blocked every time I tried)
3) save your specials .. do NOT throw them .. wait ...
4) bait his sp1 only ... avoid his sp2 ... "ouch".
5) once he hits 10 hatred, and throws a special .. back off and wait for his animation to end .. then throw your sp3 (if you're there) ,. or time a special intercept when he comes at you. Your special removes the unblockable and unstoppable.
6) lather-rinse-repeat until he's dead

His breath is blue on the sp2. Don't push him to that

on both my accounts, i used HT + guardian synergy. Nova flame, MLM, bait sp2. dead in 1.5minutes.

I used ghost.

I used Mojo but any champion with a good power gain ability is nice so that you have a special ready to go when he enters 10 hatred. Also Mojo relies on passive damage instead of debuffs which gets around the immunity nicely

I'd suggest you check out jason vorghees' guide on mangog. It make the mangog fights so much easier for me.

Personally i used human torch with pre fight, and one ht is down, i used hulkbuster.

UPDATE: my 3rd run, soloed him with CapIW with close to no issues. Messed up once but else it was smooth

i used RHulk all seven times, just do 4 hit combos and bait SP2s, never use specials or heavies ^_^
