The Champion Buff Concept- Stats based off an r3 6star


Power Primordial- Persistent Charge- Max Stacks: 10
-Every 10 seconds, The Champion gains 1 Persistent Charge as well as Fury Buffs equal to his Persistent Charges, each granting him +1406.9 Attack Rating for 5 seconds.
-The Champion passively gains +1% of a bar of power per second for every Persistent Charge.
-1 Persistent Charge is lost for every 20 hits on the opponent’s Combo Meter, or when the opponent Nullifies 5 of his Fury Buffs.


Champion of the Universe
-The Champion always seeks to fight against the Greatest Fighters in the universe. While fighting them, he gains Persistent Charges 25% faster and increases the Duration, Potency, and Ability Accuracy of his Buffs by +50%.
-Greatest Fighters: Aegon, Blade, Thor (Ragnarok), Hulk (Immortal), Captain America (Infinity War), Void, Doctor Doom, Scarlet Witch, Dormammu, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Odin, Captain Marvel (Movie), Ghost, Kang, Ultron, Apocalypse, Magneto, Professor X
-Expanded the amount of champs per class to 3, but I also tried to base it off who are canonically some of the Greatest Fighters, so it is based on my own opinion and thus very screwy. Better ideas much appreciated.


Attacking or Defending the Final Node
- +716.67 Armor and Block Penetration.
-The Champion gains the effects of Champion of the Universe.


Intercepting the Opponent
-At 2+ Power Primordial, The Champion gains a True Accuracy Buff, lasting 8 seconds and allowing him to ignore Evade and Auto-Block. +8 seconds if intercepting with a Light Attack.
-At 3+ Power Primordial, The Champion inflicts an Armor Break Debuff, lasting 7 seconds and reducing the opponent’s Armor Rating by 921.43. +7 seconds if intercepting with a Medium Attack.


Dashing Back
-At 4+ Power Primordial, The Champion places a 1.5-second Taunt Passive on the opponent, making them fight more aggressively and increasing their chance to activate a Special Attack by 70%.


Special Attack 1
-At 4+ Power Primordial, consume one to activate a Regeneration Buff, lasting 3 seconds and regenerating 1791.16 Health for each Persistent Charge.
-On activating this Regeneration Buff, all Fury Buffs are refreshed and paused for 3 seconds.


Special Attack 2
-Consume 2 Persistent Charges to gain an indefinite Precision Buff, increasing Critical Rating by 6540.


Special Attack 3
-Consume one Persistent Charge to activate a 20-second Fury Buff, increasing Attack Rating by +703.45. This Fury Buff counts towards Primal Fury.

-At 6+ Power Primordial, all active Fury Buffs are converted into indefinite Buffs of the same potency. These indefinite buffs do not count towards Primal Fury.



Signature Ability- Primal Fury, Sig [1-200]
-While regenerating Health, The Champion is immune to Fate Seal, Heal Block, Petrify, and any effects that modify Regeneration.

-The duration and potency of all Buffs on The Champion is increased by +[0.5-20]% per Power Primordial.

-When at least one of his Fury Buffs is active, The Champion unleashes the full potential of the Power Primordial, increasing the duration and potency of all Armor Breaks on the opponent by a flat +[80.16-170]%.

-When activating 2 or more of his Fury Buffs, The Champion becomes Unstoppable, shrugging off the impact of the opponent’s Basic Attacks by +[0.1-1] second(s) per Power Primordial.

-At 5+ Power Primordial, for each active Fury and Unstoppable Buff, The Champion regenerates [1-2.25]% of the damage taken this fight per second, excluding the amount already regenerated. This ability regenerates up to 5% Health per second.

    I really should've added this into his abilities, but add a UI change where The Champion has a timer for when his Furies will next activate, so players can line it up effectively instead of guessing.
