Damn, I have a similar situation with Mister F. He's sig 60, and I've pulled him from 6.3, 6.4, John Mulaney's Challenge, and my 3rd crystal of this current 6* featured. I don't want to ever pull him again. I was terrified of going for the 6* feat yesterday because there was a 1/24 chance of pulling Mister F, luckily that did not happen.

Already got mole man, and I don’t like the damage/utility sacrifice, so that stops me R3ing him. Maybe the dupe would change that. The rest of the buffed champs don’t interest me hugely, so it really is that sub pool champ that is A) Great, suicide friendly or not terrible with them, and C) I have a T5CC for

Oof, some of those pulls would be solid out of a basic, but not really out of a featured (Although Cable really is OP with Apoc).
Honestly if you consider doing a grind for 5 star Odin, you don't need a high sig Angela. The Odin prefights will give you 3 baseline buffs, which in addition to the 3 other buffs Angela will have off her base kit, should get you full debuff resistance at like sig 60. Mole God is incredible now, but I understand that you don't like the tradeoff, it can be annoying sometimes for sure.
Honestly I would take up Hela with Odin in your situation. Grind for Odin, rank 3 Angela and Hela, go to town. If you want to only rank up one, go Angela. But both are great r3 options with Odin. I'm sure Hela is a ton of fun.

The damage is high but he isn’t bringing any utility I need to the table. He kind of feels like a budget omega
That’s an excellent point in hela and Angela. I definitely could go all in if I get Odin, as I could go for him in the next featured too. That assumes I actually get Odin from arena though, I reckon he’s going to go really pretty high. Angela is definitely my preferred option, but I would also need to get her twice from the featured. She is probably the perfect cosmic R3 for me since she’s suicides friendly, and is the most utility heavy at the top of the cosmic class

I guess, but Cable shreds down fights and is a ton of fun to play. He can also regenerate a lot of block damage back thru his regen. Obvs Omega has the massive upper hand in utility tho.

Fair enough, basics have big wins but massive losses with da 2014/2015 memes and Domino. The next featured subpool looks awful, but to compensate for that, the pool might be great. As for the next featured after that, it's very possible we get some great champs in the next 2 months because this year's champs have been very meh as of yet, so it may not be a bad idea. But just imagine you save all those shards for 90 days to get absolutely shafted... Those are grounds for quitting the game...
Well see, the last time I saved up 120k shards for this featured. Opened 8 on day 1, and well, you know how freaking well that opening went
Ibomb is really the only featured champ I’m interested in, and even the buffed champs that will be in there are appealing to me. The only way I would be going for it is if Claire, Emma, or an amazing cosmic are in there
I’m sitting with 5 unused T5CC in my stash that I can’t justify using on anyone, so I’m hoping the buffs and featured champs over the next 3 months are great, so that the featured pool after next will do to my account what this featured has done for it
As long red goblin isn’t in it. If I ever seen red goblin in a featured, I’m not touching it with a a 10ft barge pole. Another reason I won’t be going for basics

I think Ibomb and Mole God are gonna be the top prizes from the featured/buff champs (Kingpin Angela Terrax all great too), hopefully we'll get a banger champ in the subpool like Ghost in the current featured.

Damn, I have a similar situation with Mister F. He's sig 60, and I've pulled him from 6.3, 6.4, John Mulaney's Challenge, and my 3rd crystal of this current 6* featured. I don't want to ever pull him again. I was terrified of going for the 6* feat yesterday because there was a 1/24 chance of pulling Mister F, luckily that did not happen.
The luck was okay afterwards, 2 Killmonger’s, 2 Red Goblins, Gambit, vision, longshot, cull obsidian and cable. The Killmonger’s were great, but the rest I could do without
That’s what I’m holding out for. Angela I would take to R3 if she had a high sig, but that isn’t happening. Already got mole man, and I don’t like the damage/utility sacrifice, so that stops me R3ing him. Maybe the dupe would change that. The rest of the buffed champs don’t interest me hugely, so it really is that sub pool champ that is A) Great, suicide friendly or not terrible with them, and C) I have a T5CC for
The only class I have in that department is cosmic. I’ve considered Phoenix a lot because I reckon she would get a great buff and I love her animations, but I just can’t justify it. Hela might go up with Odin but it just looks so impractical

Oof, some of those pulls would be solid out of a basic, but not really out of a featured (Although Cable really is OP with Apoc).
Honestly if you consider doing a grind for 5 star Odin, you don't need a high sig Angela. The Odin prefights will give you 3 baseline buffs, which in addition to the 3 other buffs Angela will have off her base kit, should get you full debuff resistance at like sig 60. Mole God is incredible now, but I understand that you don't like the tradeoff, it can be annoying sometimes for sure.
Honestly I would take up Hela with Odin in your situation. Grind for Odin, rank 3 Angela and Hela, go to town. If you want to only rank up one, go Angela. But both are great r3 options with Odin. I'm sure Hela is a ton of fun.

The damage is high but he isn’t bringing any utility I need to the table. He kind of feels like a budget omega

I guess, but Cable shreds down fights and is a ton of fun to play. He can also regenerate a lot of block damage back thru his regen. Obvs Omega has the massive upper hand in utility tho.
Good luck on your Odin grind, he’ll open up the doors to your cosmic 6 stars and his prefights themselves can be very useful in some situations.

I’d be over the moon with Prof X dupe, Apoc, Falcon dupe, killmonger dupe, longshot, man thing, CGR dupe, red goblin, ghost dupe and dragon man
Would be happy with Gambit dupe, ronan dupe, immortal hulk.
Any others are a miss for me. Trying to keep my mind open so I’m not disappointed.

You’ve gotten quite lucky so far, especially with the CGR and Prof X! Apoc would be absolutely perfect for you now.
Apoc would be a cherry on top of an awesome featured run!
Prof X and CGR are definitely the highlights, managed to rank 3 them both, but would love a dupe on either of them

Yooooo nice! Horseman Gambit is borderline broken as he can perfect block literally everything. He's one of the most sustainable champions in the game as a horseman. And he's great by himself too, huge specials, anti-thorns, bleed resistance, stun pausing, and some other neat tricks. Congrats!

And yeah, I was doing an incursions run a week ago and I subbed in my r4 5* Gambit in room 11 in sector 8 and immediately turned him into a horseman. With the damage hacks, he was destroying opponents while also remaining topped up at 100% because he can literally perfect block everything, regardless of the opponent's attack rating.
