Any Abomination (immortal) experts?

Needed a good poison champ so opened the featured looking for him and got lucky, however i have no idea how to use him and if he is worth a gem?

    Sounds great so willpower will actually give him the regen when he applies poisons to himself?

    What Science champs do you already have awakened? He's worth a gem but not over someone like Void or CAIW.
