Mole man is better unduped but I would probably go nick just for the possibility of duping him. It depends on how frequently you t5cc and if you are close to the abyss generic ag.

Not important. I'm still on the hunt for a high level Guardian but I still use Mole Man all the time. In war, in questing, and I'm using him all over in Act 6 explo.

That synergy is basically essential if you wanna make the most outta him. The extra block prof alone is very useful.

No. Just no. I have not once used Mole Man with Guardian and I have never needed to. It's nice but not important overall.
