elements disapper or exists but not counted

Dear kabam team
i inform you that i had facing a problem in upgrading my champions as game dont count my elements correctly as it 8/4 for example like punicher 99 6 star from rank 2 to upgrade him to rank 3 but game still tell me that element only 3/4 !!!!!! and not enough to upgrade him although my elements for upgrading champions is more than double which it need ...so please feed back or tell me how to solve this problem waiting for your reply ..Thanks

Maybe you are too low of Summoner Level ?
Not sure what Level you have to be to hold 4x of Tier-5 Basic in INVENTORY.
Rest of them go to STASH Overflow Reserve, which can NOT be used right away.
You might need to be Summoner Level 50 ? (or 55, or 60 ??) in order to store enough of them in Inventory (not Stash), and be able to upgrade 6* to Rank-3.
