Do you want the “AUTO” on those Level-1 (Easy) basic/class to go away each day ?

(A) Levels 1/2/3 are independent of each other, you can do L3 (Hard) Basic manually once and then L3 Basic will forever be available to do AUTO in future. You do not need to “unlock” Auto in order of Levels 1/2/3. And the AUTO availability (once unlocked for a particular quest) carries forward to future days (it does not reset).

(B) Think the 6 different Class ones might be independent of other Classes also (?). If you manually do a level/class once, that level/class will be available (for that same class day in future weeks) to do AUTO in future.

(C) And just because they say you can do AUTO, does not mean you still can’t run them manually too (for getting even more Cats, and for fights to count for Solo/Ally/Objective event points). Just click anywhere on Panel (except on the Auto button) as normal to run them manually. That's why those 2 cases in your pics are showing 0% for that day, because you can still run manually too for Daily Cat Completion/Explore rewards (which are separate rewards from running as AUTO). You can do a Manual Completion, Manual Explore, and AUTO, all in the same day for maximum amount of “guaranteed” Catalyst rewards (in addition to even more “random” drops from the chests every additional time as well).

Not sure which of these you think are not working or understand.
