Bug with side quest

My teammate Asevastos have problem with side quest. When he has buy casket number 8 and wait the next day to play tier 9 the game show him tier 6 and tier 7 so he can’t buy casket 9 and he can’t play tier 9 and tier 10.

Maybe he never bought a couple of the lower Caskets yet ?

It is not just buying Casket 8 that unlocks Tier-9, you have to buy all caskets 1 thru 8 in order to have Tier-9 quest unlocked.

He has buy all caskets. Also he made about 3 tickets and they tell him that they can’t see that the account belongs to him. He sent them the first download and the first purchase but they still doesn’t see nothing. So they can’t check if everything is ok. Support is worst than before.

The problem with support is that they don’t tell him nothing because they can’t authenticate the account belongs to him
