With Increased drop rates will duping max sig 6* be updated?

Love the increase in drop rates. I think it was much needed and a great move by Kabam. My question is with the more availability of 6*s which will increase the chances of duping a max sig 6* are there any plans to change what we get from this. Currently duping a max sig 6* only provides a negative.

I would say this is unlikely. The same situation came up with 5* champs, and the max dup situation wasn't changed when it became easier to max dup 5*, it changed when 6* champs came out. The devs are reluctant to make max dup generate one thing now and another thing later, and they can't preemptively have it generate meaningful next tier rewards before the next tier exists.

But while I would say it is unlikely, I wouldn't say it is impossible. The devs thinking today is not the same as it was back when this happened for 5* champions. So having done it before they might do it again, but conversely having seen it before they might decide not to repeat the same issue for as long.

I wish lol. The last 3 basics I opened were 6* I already had at max sig so I feel like I wasted too many shards

That's painful man. If you have so many shards, just start hoarding them or go for featured I guess.

or at least remove the max-sigged character from the pool

They should revamp the iso we get from 6* dupes but that’s all. Till there are 7* we shouldn’t get anything else but iso/gold and max sig crystals.
